Discovering The Hofbrauhaus  Interview: Lily Gamel          Surrounded by new apartments and historic, old houses there is beautiful city that celebrates diversity and unity simultaneously. Newport is a city filled with culture, creativity, and history. There is a lot to explore when coming into this city. There are shops, entertainment, wonderful sights, and delicious restaurants that offer diverse, quality food. The Hofbrauhaus is just one restaurant out of many that offers all these qualities and beyond. It is a restaurant that promotes German culture all around. Newport does a great job bringing in diversity and culture into the city especially with the Hofbrauhaus. In the picture to the left, we can see that there are rows of wooden tables that align the floor, similar to how other Hofbrauhauses in Germany are. In the back, we can see the bar and the giant gold tanks made for the traditional German beers to give it a more authentic look....

Discovering Hofbräuhaus restaurant

Observational: By Ahmad Hofbräuhaus is a brewery and restaurant located in Newport on the Levee area and is a great place for people to experience German culture, as well as German beer and food. Me and my other two classmates visited the restaurant about a week ago and were amused by the fact that waitresses are dressed in German uniforms to assure the best experience for the guests. The decoration of this restaurant is another way to ensure that their guests will never forget this experience. The restaurant has traditionally decorated rooms with lots of pictures that present the history of Germany and the history of the restaurant. in fact, The Hofbräuhaus Newport is modeled after the original 400+-year-old Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany.    Hofbräuhaus Germany Hofbräuhaus Newport
